When you place an order using this option, we will immediately charge your payment method for the original shipping fee. This fee is nonrefundable.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery (the “Trial Period”) to try the product. If you do not return or exchange the product within this period, we will charge your payment method the full price of that product. Products purchased after the Trial Period are not eligible for a refund.

During the Trial Period, ROUSHÉ may keep your credit card on file. This allows us to charge your payment method for any products not returned during the Trial Period without obtaining additional authorization.

Your payment method may receive a temporary hold for the full purchase price of your order. This hold might reduce your available balance or credit limit until it is released.

If you choose an auto-replenishment subscription with a product purchased under this option and then return the product during the Trial Period, the subscription will be automatically canceled.
